Campaign: The Merch Brand SMS Program

This Campaign Privacy Policy explains how The Merch Brand collects and uses information specifically in connection with its SMS messaging campaign.
Information collected
When you opt in, we may collect your name, mobile telephone number, email address, project or service interests, the date and method of consent, message history, and opt-out or help requests.
How campaign information is used
We use campaign information to send and manage project inquiry follow-ups, service updates, appointment reminders, customer-support messages, and occasional promotional offers from The Merch Brand. We may also use it to maintain consent records, process opt-out requests, prevent misuse, and comply with law.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be processed by service providers solely to provide and operate the SMS program on behalf of The Merch Brand. Those service providers are not permitted to use mobile information, opt-in data, or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Consent and message details
The SMS Program is voluntary and separate from service inquiries, purchases, account creation, and transactions.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, purchase, service, account creation, or completion of any transaction. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent applies only to messages from The Merch Brand for the purposes described when you opt in.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also communicate an opt-out request by any other reasonable method, including contacting us below. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive additional campaign messages unless you separately opt in again.
Retention and security
We retain campaign information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document consent, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
For website signups, our consent record may include the mobile number submitted, the date and time of consent, the signup source, the consent language shown, the Internet Protocol address, and browser information. We use this record to document and manage the subscriber's messaging consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Campaign Privacy Policy by posting the revised version on this page and changing the effective date.
