Campaign: The Merch Brand SMS Program

Campaign description

The Merch Brand SMS Program sends project inquiry follow-ups, service and appointment updates, customer-support messages, and occasional promotional offers concerning The Merch Brand’s software and business services.

How to opt in

The SMS Program is voluntary and separate from service inquiries, purchases, account creation, and transactions. You may enroll by entering a mobile number, actively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the website SMS subscription form. By opting in, you authorize The Merch Brand to send recurring informational and promotional text messages to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent

Consent is not a condition of employment, purchase, service, account creation, or completion of any transaction. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to enroll that number.

Message frequency and charges

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. The Merch Brand does not charge a separate fee for participating in the campaign.

Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also use any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request, including emailing or calling us. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out. No further campaign messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery and carrier disclaimer

Supported carriers may change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy

Our use of campaign information is governed by the SMS Campaign Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Campaign changes or termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the campaign or these Terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, but changes will not replace any consent required by law.
